- All payments are securely processed via Stripe
- Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
๐ Free Trial
- If you start with a free trial, you'll be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand
- You may cancel within 12 hours of the charge and request a full refund, no questions asked
๐ฌ Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we don't offer blanket refunds, we do review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You cancel within 12 hours of being charged after a trial or renewal
- You've experienced technical issues that prevented you from using premium features
- You were charged but never gained access to premium
- You've been inactive for an extended period (e.g. multiple months) and can show you didn't benefit from the subscription
- You made an accidental purchase and notified us promptly
- You were charged more than once for the same period
- You believe your account was accessed or charged without your consent
If you believe your account was charged without your consent (e.g., stolen card, unauthorised use), please contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will investigate and issue a refund when appropriate.
๐ How to Request a Refund
- All refund requests can be submitted via the form on our website. We'll respond promptly.
- All requests are reviewed within 2โ3 business days. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
๐ Canceling Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period โ no further charges will be made
